Tree Recompense / Tree Protection Plans
Typical Fee Range:   $4,500  -  $7,000

Code-Minimum Landscape Plans
Typical Fee Range:   $6,000  -  $8,500
(Minimum service fee applies)

Includes:

  • ordinance-compliant planting layouts

  • buffer, parking, and streetscape requirements

  • plant schedule + notes

  • coordination with grading and utilities

  • one (1) agency comment response

 

Best for:
Commercial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.

Enhanced Landscape Plans
Typical Fee Range:   $8,000  -  $12,000

  • upgraded planting design beyond code minimum

  • landscape schedules + notes

  • landscape details

  • graphic clarity for client or municipality review

  • coordination with architectural and civil plans

 

Best for:
Projects requiring stronger visual quality or municipal buy-in.

Site Plan Color Renderings
Typical Fee Range:   $2,500  -  $3,500
(Per plan, fee depends on complexity)

Includes:

  • colorized site plan or aerial view

  • shadows, textures, and hierarchy

  • presentation-ready PDF or image files

 

Best for:
Client presentations, rezoning meetings, marketing decks.

Turnaround Expectations

Typical Turnaround:

  • Tree plans: 5–7 business days

  • Code-minimum plans: 7–10 business days

A written proposal outlining the scope and fee will be provided prior to the project kickoff.

Payment Terms:

Standard payment terms are Net 30. Projects requiring extended or contingent payment structures (including paid-when-paid arrangements) may be accommodated with an adjusted fee to account for additional risk and administrative coordination. In the event Immerso is requested to proceed with services prior to execution of a formal agreement, a mobilization fee of $3,000 shall be required to initiate work. This fee is due prior to the commencement of services and will be credited toward the total project fee unless otherwise stated. No work will begin until the mobilization fee has been received.
